Introduction
The baby boomers is the population which haven taken birth after second world war till 1965 when there was a tremendous increase in birth rate due to the social and economic development in the USA. Now this population is going into the old age and thus bringing a burden to the nation as the country has to take care of not only the food and shelter but also the medical care. Rather medical care is in a way more important as they are prone to many diseases not only infectious because of their lowered immunity but also non –communicable ones such as Diabetes Mellitus, Myocardial Infarction, Stroke, etc. not to speak of those other mental disorders such as Depression, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.
Counterfeit products and materials are knock-off, bootleg, pirated or other illegally produced materials that are produced and sold in violation of the Intellectual Property Rights of others or in a manner that fraudulently represent their quality or origin. Under English Common Law, counterfeiting was referred to as ‘palming off’. This was perhaps conceived from the idea that a counterfeiter ‘palms off’ a counterfeit product as the genuine product by a ruse with regard to the origin and/or content of the product. The counterfeiter, in the process, therefore usurps the goodwill, recognition, niche and brand name of the originator (i.e. owner of the trademark/brand) in marketing and creating a ready consumer for the counterfeit product, which obviously is a fraud.

We have been studying the labor rates of Oil, Lube and Filter Quick Lube Facilities and we are finding that the pay is lower than you might expect. We also believe this is part of the problem with recruiting and retaining key employees. The average employee at a Quick Lube is a little under $7.00, which is lower than you would expect and certainly lower than the customer is thinking you are paying. This maybe why the average employee only stays employed about 1.8 years and then leaves for greener employment.
